The crown of the Nahe is captivating with its open, asymmetrical silhouette. It is divided into two arches, for a characteristic representation of vineyards. The rays on the arches represent the sun, which stimulates the fruitful growth of the plants. In the center, an abstract vine brings the silhouette together. The selected gemstones amethyst, peridot, Alpinite, and tourmaline stand for the different grape varieties of the region. The large curved tendrils and leaves connect the elements and are meant to express lightness and liveliness.
The crown was designed and produced in 2013 by the goldsmith Aurelia of Bad Kreuznach.
