In the wine taverns lining the Nahe, winegrowers offer seasonal and regional specialties that pair with the wine particularly well.
Where can you find wines that really go with your food, if not directly from the winegrower? The tradition of serving wine at the vineyard and offering small, refined dishes alongside it has existed for more than 1,200 years.
The cuisine of the Nahe region has local roots. Trout, cheeses, game, and more are on the menu ... Do you prefer a hearty, rustic style or perhaps you favor creative and refined dishes? Everyone has their own recipe for onion cake or spit roast. These culinary secrets are passed down from one generation to the next.

Here everything is HANDMADE, following old TRADITIONS, with a CONTEMPORARY interpretation.
